Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DecorAI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are between you and Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Using DecorAI

DecorAI is an AI-powered home design app that transforms room photos into redesigned versions using artificial intelligence. To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not upload photos of spaces you do not own or have permission to photograph, or content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately at hello@rocketdigital.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

DecorAI offers both a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web platform, using RevenueCat as our subscription management provider.

• Free tier: Includes limited credits for room transformations. No payment required.
• Paid subscriptions: Unlock unlimited transformations and premium features. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by law.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to the respective app store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies.

AI-Generated Content

DecorAI uses artificial intelligence to generate room design images. Please understand:

• AI-generated designs are for inspiration and visualization purposes only.
• Results may vary. The actual appearance of furniture, colors, and materials may differ from the generated images.
• We do not guarantee that any AI-generated design can be exactly replicated in real life.
• AI-generated images should not be used as professional architectural or engineering plans.
• You own the designs generated from your photos, subject to any restrictions of the underlying AI models used.

Photos You Upload

By uploading photos to DecorAI, you grant us a limited license to process and transform those images using our AI systems. We do not claim ownership of your photos. We process your photos solely to provide the design transformation service. Please do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information, other people without their consent, or private spaces you do not have permission to photograph.

Intellectual Property

The DecorAI app, its design, features, and all content (excluding user-uploaded photos) are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DecorAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to design decisions made based on AI-generated images.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
